yes, satpy 0.17.x introduces some new dependencies and some of them are
not in debian yet (zarr mainly).
I took in charge RFP for them and packages are basically done, they are
already in salsa repos [1] (under debian science).

Anton Gladky (in CC) offered to review and sponsor them.
