GEOS 3.8.0
GEOS 3.8.0 has been uploaded to unstable.
The only package requiring a rebuild is ossim, but it fails as reported
in #942269. Its only rdep is otb which was already removed from testing
due to openscenegraph (which provides libopenthreads-dev) being RC buggy
(#875075), so it's not a big loss.
OTB 7.0.0 was expected to remove OSSIM as a required dependency, but
unfortunately this did not happen. With slow process on the
openscenegraph front, and this ossim issue, OTB 7 is likely to take a
long time to reach testing on its final release is published.
