#705208,ITA: pylibtiff -- wrapper to the libtiff library to Python using ctypes

Hello,
I would like to adopt the pylibtiff [1] package because it is a
dependency of the new satpy that I'm going to package (#917110).

The pylibtiff package would become part of the Debian GIS project.


Please let me know it there is something that prevents the adoption.
