GDAL 2.3.0 has been released. Time for the final round of rebuild,
before the transition slot is requested.
fiona (1.7.11-2) had some test failure, but the build did succeed
because the test failure were ignored. This is not the case for all
architecture, so we'll need to skip those tests if they cannot be fixed
before the transition.
mysql-workbench (6.3.10+dfsg-2) built successfully with the patch from
#896577, but this has not been applied to the package yet, so it will
FTBFS as long as it's not applied.
Transition: gdal
libgdal20 (2.2.4+dfsg-1) -> libgdal20 (2.3.0+dfsg-1~exp1)
