Blends-thermometer fixed according to backports

Hi,

in Debian GIS the thermometer was a feature requested for the web
sentinel.  Since we have done some backports in Debian Med I noticed
that this was wrongly implemented.  I fixed the code and now the
Debian Med thermometer[1]

  a) shows the backported packages at all
  b) uses green color (nothing to do) if at least the backported
     version fits the unstable version (formerly the stable version
     needed to match which does not really make sense to me)

Please check the page - to verify if it is correct or to watch out
for some todo items regarding packaging ;-).
