Please note that sfcgal (1.1.0-5~bpo8+1) cannot be uploaded to
jessie-backports yet, because sfcgal (1.1.0-5) has not migrated to
testing yet:

Having the package revision to backport in testing is one of the
backports requirements, backports should always be sourced from
release+1 for stable that's testing.

Specifically subscribing to backports mailinglist because bugreports for
backports go there instead of the BTS.
