sfcgal has been accepted into the archive:

But unfortunately its unstable C++ symbols caused build failures on most
architectures:

You should switch to pkgkde-symbolshelper from the pkg-kde-tools to
handle the C++ symbols, see:

http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/symbolfiles.html

To use pkgkde-symbolshelper you need to use dh with pkgkde_symbolshelper
and override dh_makeshlibs to set the upstream version (without debian
revision) and not fail the build when symbols change, see for example
liblas that uses this way to handle its symbols:
