SAGA and QGIS (was: [Live-demo] Let's bring the OSGeo live packages to debian!)

Further investigation (thanks Victor) revealed that this is due to a
change in the params of SAGA, from 2.1.0 to 2.1.2.
So, not much we can (and should) do at the packaging level.
Johan, could you please have a look and give advise on this?
