[DebianGIS] Orphaning all my GIS-related packages

Dear colleagues,

I'm quite sad to send this e-mail, but I think it is more responsible than
leaving the packages I worked on in a "limbo" without anybody knowing
what's going on in the background.

A lot of things are changing in my life in the next months and thus I don't
have anymore time to work on my GIS-related debian packages. I hope things
will settle later and I will be able to come back and continue to improve
our packages.
