From my point of view, I am currently backporting (recompiling You packages from Sid) Mapserver 5.2.2 packages for my company's internal use. There are lot of important patches missing in Lenny's package. I think also moving to tilecache 2.10 and latest PostGIS. It would be great to have them in official backports, since none of us is really experienced. I would welcome to have grass 6.4, gdal and proj in backports. So my answer to last question is: Yes please, can You also create at least backports of Mapserver packages ? Ivan
