Mainly wider testing, eg people who don't know about or use the
debian-gis repo. Also more below...

Yes. Also, note that NEW is tiny and fast ATM, Ganneff seems to be in a
NEW assassination mood :)

IIRC, experimental is auto-built, at a lower priority than sid. In my
experience, kfreebsd-i386 was the quickest to get time to build
experimental packages.
