[DebianGIS] openjump now run with GNU Classpath

I am happy to report that openjump (the Debian package) now run with
GNU Classpath and jamvm, and is able to fetch and display maps
downloaded from an WMS server.  The fixes will be in the next release
(0.92) of Classpath.

Two things are needed to get openjump into debian/main now.

 - Get batik working with classpath, so this dependency can move to
   debian/main

 - Get a new version of classpath released and included in Debian.

I am very happy to finally have OpenJump running on free software. :)
