That's a new brokeness in netcdfg-dev (some new package pending?)
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
netcdfg-dev: Depends: libnetcdf3 (= 3.6.0+3.6.1-beta3-0.1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libnetcdf++3 (= 3.6.0+3.6.1-beta3-0.1) but it is not going to be installed
