Re: [DebianGIS] PostGIS status

Hello, Giuseppe. I think I would like to try postgis with pg80. I hit
a snag when trying to implement the setup described at
http://www.debian-administration.org/articles/208 and my suspicion is
that getting the latest and greatest postgresql-contrib will solve it
(has to do with the crypto functions -- anyone know what I am talking
about?). My server is a testing / debian-gis i386 box. Would it be
possible to get some of your binary .debs? How has your testing been
going? What can I expect to happen to the data I have in the pg74
system? I hope I am not barking up the wrong tree. Am I just asking
for dependency hell? If they are expected in the repository soon then I
can just wait. Thanks for any comments or advice.

Neil
