[DebianGIS] Become a registered member of the Debian GIS subproject.

Please register yourself as a member of the Debian GIS subproject.
According to
<URL:https://alioth.debian.org/project/memberlist.php?group_id=30241>,
we are 16 members, with 4 Debian developers (usernames without
-guest).  But recently it became obvious that some of the project
members are not registered members of the alioth project.  Please make
an account and ask Francesco Lovergine to add you to the project, to
make sure you have access to the subproject resources, and that your
membership is registered.
