[DebianGIS] new packages

Hi all.
I am trying to dpkg-build packages for latest grass (6.1 from cvs) and qgis
(0.7.4) to install them on latest debian testing (after the upgrade to kde
3.4). In both cases, however, debian rules from the respective sites are
outdated:
- for grass, recent changes to makfiles broke compilation (Markus Neteler has
identified the problem, apparently a very minor one)
- for qgis-plugin-grass, libgdal1-grass, mapserver, the dependencies are
outdated (require libgdal1, only libgdal1c2 is available in testing)
Current versions in debiangis (grass 601, qgis 074) have serious bugs that
have been fixed in current versions.
It would be great if somebody with the necessary skills could update the
debian rules, and/or prepare new packages.
We're ready for testing.
Many thanks for your help.
