[DebianGIS] mapserver (solved?)
Sorry to have bothered - me stupid. Just installing swig from stable seems to
have done the trick - now compiling.

Studying the situation a bit better, it seems to me that the problem is in
debian control. Is there a way of changing it (changing the list of
dependencies, e.g. using the old swig from stable?) to make it build?
