[DebianGIS] Ubuntu mapserver-4.6

Using the mapserver 4.6 version in unstable, I have
packaged a 4.6 version of mapserver for Ubuntu Breezy.
All mapscripts appear to be working. The only change I
made to the package was to make php-mapscript compile
for php5 instead of php4.  

I believe The php5-mapscript package option might be
useful in Debian as well, and that it would be very
easy for someone with a debian box to use my changes
to compile for php5.  I plan to port/update more
packages for ubuntu, and I would like to keep the
ubuntu-debian collaboration strong.

Could we make development space in our debianGIS
repository for these Ubuntu packages?
