Bug#1113931: gcc-15: not stripped executables make a minimal buildd chroot to triple in size

A test rebuild has been made, and I've reported all the failing
packages I found.

Can we please strip those executables now?

Alternatively, this bug should be serious, so that the package does
not propagate to testing (this is a must directive in policy).
