I argue that it is a different problem. The particular 
problem there was about /usr/share/man/man3/gcobol.3.gz and you 
successfully fixed that. As a result, that bug is correctly closed.
A different conflict now exists about 
/usr/share/man/man3/x86_64-linux-gnu-gcobol-io-15.3.gz and it is 
unfixed.

Please reopen this bug if you agree.
