closing all these duplicates. Cloning these before even seeking a productive
solution is at least unfriendly for opinions marked as "IMHO". Filing another
issue #1029633 to force your opinion on lintian and then ftp-master doesn't help
either. Doing this during the toolchain freeze is also questionable.
The way to go is to not ship these binaries, but to allow dependencies on
foreign architectures, and having a solution for architectures that are not
release architectures. Working on that would be helpful, but then again, that's
not an easy prey like generating several RC issues with a single email.
