gcc-*-cross* packages in general have an (IMHO RC severity) problem
that binNMUs are not possible since binary-any packages being
newer than binary-all packages might cause problems.
This is also the case right now, where gcc-12-mips-linux-gnu:mips64el
is not installable due to
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gcc-12-mips-linux-gnu : Depends: libgcc-12-dev-mips-cross (>= 12.2.0-14cross2) but 12.2.0-5cross2 is to be installed
A source upload of gcc-12-cross-mipsen should be sufficient as
short-term workaround for this issue.
