Thanks for adding the patch.

Technically, |_PA_RISC2_0 is not specific to hppa64. You also need __LP64__. But as long as the 32-bit
compiler is not built with a PA 2.0 option, _PA_RISC2_0 will work.

So,there's still an issue with the include directories for builds done using buildd. As I mentioned
previously, the error doesn't occur for builds done outside buildd using dpkg-buildpackage.
