RFS: sponsoring gcc-13-doc / gcc-doc-defaults upload

Hello,

I'm looking for somebody to sponsor my upload of gcc-13-doc and
gcc-doc-default packages.
Usually Adam Borowski would do this, but this time he wrote that he
can not help me at this moment.

The packages in question have been uploaded to mentors.debian.net:

The sources code for these packages is present as a repositories on salsa:
