Bug#980609: 980609 still isn't fixed in bullseye

Bug 980609 is still unfixed on bullseye.  This is blocking my alpha testing, since without functioning gcc plugins support, it is impossible to compile a kernel with the kernel security plugins (RANDSTRUCT, etc)

When will bullseye get upgraded to gcc-10 version 10.2.1-16?
