Bug#1000892: cvise: diff for NMU version 2.4.0-2.1

Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for cvise (versioned as 2.4.0-2.1) and uploaded
it to DELAYED/14. Please feel free to tell me if I should cancel it.
