elfutils introduced a dependency loop. Please revert the
libmicrohttpd-dev dependency now and discuss how it can be added back.

It's quite a long loop. Maybe it can be broken elsewhere. Unfortunately,
the current bootstrap uses all the other links, so we must revert
libmicrohttpd-dev now and find another link to break first. Suggestions
welcome.
