Bug#936073: please have libffi6-dbgsym debug package

Package: libffi6
Version: 3.2.1-9
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,
It would be nice to have libffi6-dbgsym instead of libffi6-dbg as lot
of archive has moved to use -dbgsym as they give more info. while
debugging.

See https://wiki.debian.org/AutomaticDebugPackages for more info.
