This is seen when running dwz on an LTO optimized cc1plus, built from the GCC 8
branch. The dwz call seems to work with binaries built from the gcc-9 branch.

$ dwz cc1plus
dwz: dwz.c:8562: adjust_exprloc: Assertion `refd != NULL && !refd->die_remove'
failed.
Aborted (core dumped)
