Dear Maintainer,

In armhf chroot, trying to install cross compiler from amd64, using
multiarch, I get:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gcc-7-arm-linux-gnueabihf:amd64 : Depends:
libgcc-7-dev-armhf-cross:amd64 (>= 7.2.0-11cross1)

I have been suggested at #debian-bootstrap channel that is a bug and
libgcc-7-dev-armhf-cross should be marked multiarch foreign.
