In addition to not being an infinite loop, it is also not only armel.

armhf does not hit the 150 minute timeout, but it also has a factor 10 
in the build time with gcc 5 -> 6 for literally the same sources:
  https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=rnahybrid&arch=armhf

There is no such gcc 5 -> 6 performance regression for rnahybrid visible 
on the buildds of any other (release or ports) architecture, so this
performance regression seems to be specific to 32bit ARM.
