Bug#840190: I still cannot use gccgo as default go on amd64

Control: reopen -1

golang-any does not register an alternative to /usr/bin/go on amd64 (on
platforms where golang-go is present). So I cannot set gccgo as default
on architectures where golan-go is present.

$ sudo apt-get install golang-any
