Bug#826969: gcc-6-cross: Provide cross-compilers for kfreebsd and hurd too

Dear Maintainer,

Currently, only *-linux-* triples are being built, but Debian supports
non-Linux kernels. For completeness, please provide:

- i386-gnu
- i386-kfreebsd-gnu
- x86_64-kfreebsd-gnu

  APT prefers testing-debug
