Bug#809500: gcc-5-cross-ports: Only builds sparc64 cross toolchain binary packages, rest missing

Justification: renders package unusable for most target architectures

Hi!

The latest version of gcc-5-cross-ports is no longer the cross toolchain for most
target architectures except sparc64 which means during a dist-upgrade, most of
my cross toolchain would be removed.

This also becomes apparent when looking at the package's PTS package [1] which lists
the binaries for the other target architectures as "cruft" which would be removed.
