Two fixes available for this bug:
1. dpkg -i --force-overwrite gcc-5-base_5.3.0-3_i386.deb 2. add the following lines to your soures.list :
deb http://incoming.debian.org/debian-buildd/ buildd-unstable main contrib non-free
apt-get upgrade -f apt-get update apt-get dist-upgrade
