Bug#797324: gcc-5: please support multiarch path to kfreebsd-kernel-headers

Furthermore, it means gcc may not need patches at all.  I can put
compatibility symlinks in /usr/include/i386-kfreebsd-gnu/, and ship them
in the kfreebsd-kernel-headers package itself (the same ones I was
requesting to put in gcc $(builddir)/sys-include).  We actually must do
this to not break multilib.

In a few days, after a mass rebuild to test more reverse-deps, I'll
likely make the changes to kfreebsd-kernel-headers in sid.
