Bug#794774: libstdc++6: Breaks: libboost-date-time1.55.0, but isn't that package fixed now?

Package: libstdc++6
Version: 5.2.1-14

A bunch of packages are being withheld from being upgraded via apt on
my Sid install. These seem to relate to the gcc5 transition. One
reported dependency breakage that is holding most/all back is from
libstdc++6 against libboost-date-time1.55.0.

Bug #777805 ("boost1.55: ftbfs with GCC-5") was filed against version
1.55.0+dfsg-3, and appears to have been resolved in 1.55.0+dfsg-4 back
in late June.

So, am I right in thinking libboost-date-time1.55.0 should be de-listed
from the breakage list in libstdc++6/gcc5 now?
