Since rebootstrap does not do native builds, it is non-trivial to work
around these.

There also is no pressing need to make this inconvenient at all.  You
should work out the underlying disagreement with the relevant
maintainers instead of causing collateral damage to third parties. There
is no need to make users suffer from procedural disagreements.

I suggest that you put your disagreement with the methodology into rc
bugs against the packages that did not arrive in the archive yet. As far
as I can tell this has worked well for the 4.9 series as indeed none of
them migrated.

The current conflicts block the supported cross build method from being
useful. Please stop the madness. Play your war in a different field.
