[HELP] ARM64 :About Debian Support ARM64

I can see that Eclipse support ARM64. So that, I want to know that Whether Debian's Kernel
and Rootfs support ARM64.

Recently, I want to test Java or C++ applications on ARM64. So I want to try it with Debian rootfs,
Can you help me?

Therefor, I want to know that which kernel version you use can support the ARM64, and can you share the
Rootfs and the cross-compiler for me?
