4.9.1-5 still failed on arm64 with:
make[5]: *** No rule to make target 'aarch64-acle-intrinsics.texi', needed by 'doc/gcc.info'. Stop.

So it looks like we still need an upload with the above patch or
something similar (I've not tested it on this version yet, I'll start
that build shortly).
