building with Python 3 seems to have introduced the following error.

The offending file ships in libstdc++6 package, therefore I am reassigning to that package.

gcc-4.9 4.9.0-4 has a fix for this issue and it has already migrated to testing, therefore I am closing this report.

Feel free to reopen if issue persists.
