Please refer to Debian maintainer duties in Developers' Reference
section 3.1.4.

I think I am the target of this reply as I maintain gnat in Debian.

I don't know what role you had so far with the ada-kfreebsd patches
for gnat, or in the existing support for GNU/kFreeBSD in GNAT
upstream, or with the specific PR ada/56274.

Are you trying to say that you refuse to forward ada-kfreebsd.diff
upstream and that I should do it myself? See, the problem is that I
do not use GNU/kFreeBSD myself and I cannot commit with upstream to
maintain this patch, if I should submit it.
