Unfortunately, this doesn't work, as there are 2 separate build-dependencies
that have to be satisfied:

gnat (>= 4.1) | gnat-4.9 | gnat-4.6 (>= 4.6.4-2)
gnat (<< 4.6.1) | gnat-4.9 | gnat-4.6 (>= 4.6.4-2)

As the buildds only look at the first alternative build-dependency, the second
one cannot be satisfied:
