No, it's the newest one from the Linus git tree.

Here, I just retested with kernel v3.11.0-rc6+, gcc v4:4.8.1-3, gcc-4.8 v4.8.1-9 and the problem is still there.

Should be quite easy to reproduce. If during the compilation phase you get a lot of warnings, that's it.
