Bug#707916: libphobos2-4.6-dev: libphobos cannot be linked by shared library

Dear Maintainer,

Please consider building libphobos with -fPIC so that it can be linked
with shared libraries. For example, when compiling Derelict3 it fails
with the following output:

  /usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.6/libgphobos2.a(object_.o): relocation R_X86_64_32S against `_D11TypeInfo_Pv6__initZ' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
  /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.6/libgphobos2.a: could not read symbols: Bad value
  collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
