Subject: libffi-dev: pkg-config --cflags libffi is empty
Package: libffi-dev
Version: 3.0.9-3
Severity: normal

*** Please type your report below this line ***

Trying to compile some software that depends on libffi fails to work
because `pkg-config --cflags libffi` returns nothing yet ffi.h is to be
found in /usr/include/i486-linux-gnu/ffi.h.
