Bug#692085: gccgo: depends on gcc (4:4.6.3-8) and cpp, which are not approiate

Dear Maintainer,
"gcc" and "cpp" are not metapackages, but are mix-matched versions to gccgo on
all architectures but amd64 and i386. Therefore these dependancies are screwed up.
