Package: gcj-jdk
Version: 4:4.7.1-1
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
I installed the gcj-jdk package using aptitude. Installation seems successful. I create the (now boringly
traditional) Hello World program:
public class HelloWorld {
public static void main( final String[] args ) {
System.out.println( "Hello World!" ) ;
}
}
This compiles and executed using the OpenJDK 7 (also installed using aptitude). However:
|> gcj HelloWorld.java
