The newest version of gnat-4.6 still cannot build spark. Build now fails
with the following message:

   gnatlink examiner.ali -g -O2 -fdata-sections -ffunction-sections -o spark -Wl,--gc-sections
   /usr/bin/ld: spark: local symbol `pthread_mutexattr_destroy@@GLIBC_2.3' in /lib/x86_64-kfreebsd-gnu/libpthread.so.0 is referenced by DSO
   /usr/bin/ld: final link failed: Bad value
