Bug#634881: gnat-4.6: FBTFS on mips/mipsel: Bootstrap comparison failure!

Justification: fails to build from source
gnat-4.6 fails to build on mips/mipsel due to a bootstrap comparison
failure. It appears that it is due to stage2 and stage3 not being
compiled with the same options: stage2 is compiled without debugging,
while stage3 is compiled with debugging. However I fail to understand
how it is mips specific.
The patch below workarounds the issue, and allows a full build of
gnat-4.6 on mips/mipsel. Any idea what would be a proper fix?
